1. Appointments & Timeliness
We strive to respect your schedule with zero waiting time. We kindly request patients to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled surgical or consultation appointments. Cancellations require 24 hours advance notice.
2. Treatment Estimates & Billing
All clinical treatment plans are formulated with estimated costs. Payment receipts are issued immediately upon settlement via Cash, UPI, Card, or Bank Transfer.
3. Informed Consent
Prior to surgical, endodontic, or cosmetic procedures (e.g. implants, extractions, veneers), written or digital informed consent detailing biological benefits, alternatives, and post-operative care will be obtained.
